How to Find the Right Time for Your Work Once you’ve found a suitable workplace, you’ll need to decide on the time when it’s appropriate for you, your colleagues, and the people you want working there.

Have a designated space in the center of the meeting room, so that you can see what’s happening in the meeting.
This allows everyone to see and hear what’s going on, and allows them to decide what to do.
